"My personal passions lie in being outside, playing and being youthful. Whether that is hiking in the North Cascades with my wife, three kids and dog, or preparing a backcountry ski adventure, I love to be outside." Dr. Curtis graduated Wester States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon as a Doctor of Chiropractic, and graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor's of Science in Geology. Trained in the active Release Technique (ART) 2010 Certified 2007, The Graston Technique Certified 2014, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) Level III Alpine Ski Instructor/Training Director, 17 yearsDr. Curtis has been certified in Active Release Technique (ART), an advanced form of massage/stretching with movement at the same time. He is also Graston certified, which is used to release chronic scar tissue and adhesions the body creates from chronic injuries or tendonitis. Both of these techniques are great for shoulder injuries, a special area of interest for Dr. Curtis.
