I have been going to Adjusted life for a few years now and recently gave birth to my first child. I had thoughts on how hard and painful I thought labor was going to be based on stories I have heard and seen, however, I have to give kudos to Dr Spencer and Dr Maddy for the adjustments throughout pregnancy and helping to prepare my body for the labor process. Labor went better than I could have ever imagined and I believe it was the adjustments prior to and throughout pregnancy that prepared my body so well :) Thank you!

From the moment you walk into their office, you feel welcomed. Both Dr. Spencer and Dr. Madison are very knowledgeable. Dr. Spencer answered all of my questions thoroughly. Today was my daughter’s second adjustment, and I can already see a difference. I highly recommend Adjusted Life Chiropractic!
