Owned and operated by Drs. Jayde Gray and James Antun M.S. Dr. Gray and Dr. Antun met in chiropractic college, and established 8 Flags Chiropractic shortly after moving to Amelia Island together from New York. Both doctors are passionate about sharing the benefits of a holistic lifestyle that includes chiropractic care due to their personal experiences attaining significant relief and restoration of function under chiropractic care. We specialize in chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release, assisted stretching, physical therapy/rehabilitative exercise, nutritional counseling, and personal training.Our office was founded by Dr. Jayde Gray, and Dr. James Antun. We have a passion for helping people achieve pain relief and peak performance without the use of drugs or surgery!

We offer gentle chiropractic care to the communities of Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Yulee, and the greater Jacksonville area. Dr. Gray specializes in pediatrics and pregnancy care, and Dr. Antun specializes in therapeutic exercises and sports performance care. Our goal is to help you get out of pain, and stay out of pain! We strive to offer the highest quality hands-on drug-free care to help you function optimally!
