Appointment Booking Issues
If you're not sure whether your appointment was successfully booked, here's how to check and what to do:
Check for Confirmation Email
After booking, you should receive a confirmation email:
- Check your inbox for an email from MedXimity
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Search for "MedXimity" or "appointment confirmation"
- The email contains your appointment details
Verify in Your Account
Check your upcoming appointments:
- Log into your MedXimity account
- Go to "My Appointments"
- Look for the appointment in the "Upcoming" tab
- If it's there, you're all set!
Reasons Bookings May Fail
- Slot no longer available: Someone else booked it first
- Internet connection lost: Booking didn't complete
- Payment issue: If copay was required upfront
