- Look for providers who list IME services.
- Review the provider's qualifications, experience, and fees.
Scheduling Process
- Contact the provider through Medximity messaging.
- Provide case details: type of injury, records available, specific questions to be addressed.
- The provider will respond with availability and fee schedule.
- Confirm the appointment and provide any required pre-examination records.
After the Examination
The IME provider will prepare a written report with findings and opinions. Reports are typically delivered through the Medximity platform within 10–14 business days, though this varies by provider and complexity.
