  2. Enter your full name, bar number, law firm, and professional email address.
  3. Create a secure password.
  4. Verify your email address.
  5. Upload your bar card or state bar association documentation for verification.
  6. Our team verifies your credentials within 1–2 business days.

What Your Account Includes

  • Provider directory — Search for healthcare providers by specialty, location, and area of expertise.
  • Secure record requests — Submit HIPAA-compliant medical record requests directly to providers.
  • Secure messaging — Communicate with providers through encrypted, documented channels.
  • Case tracking — Track the status of record requests and provider communications.
  • IME scheduling — Schedule Independent Medical Examinations with participating providers.
