Inner Core Wellness is a full service Authentic Pilates Studio and Physical Therapy Center located in Vienna, VA. Our mission is to promote a better quality of life by spreading our knowledge and skills dedicated to teaching and upholding the principles of the original Joseph Pilates method. Our Physical Therapy Center provides one-on-one care specializing in orthopedic, neurological and sport-related injuries. We believe in a "w"holistic" approach to rehabilitation not only to address the client's current level of dysfunction but also improve overall quality of life by means of health education and post-rehab wellness programs. We also we offer Therapeutic Massage, the Melt Method and Private Yoga. Our goal is to provide services that integrate the Mind and Body to create a better and stronger inner well-being in all of us.
