I have practiced massage for 20 years, graduating from National Holistic Insitute's original campus in Emeryville in 2004, and from San Francisco State with a B.S. Kinesiology in 2014.

I continue to practice my restorative work here in San Francisco, helping clients to relax from stress and recover from repetitive and orthopedic injuries. I find great satisfaction in integrating both the intuitive work NHI and the more mechanical work from SFSU, as I believe that both perspectives are needed.

I bring my seventeen years of experience as a massage therapist to help my San Francisco Bay Area clients relax from stress and recover from repetitive stress and athletic injuries.
