The focus of Our practice is wellness care for all generations of the family. Our experience as athletes has also allowed to us to excel at caring for athletes at all levels to support peak performance and injury prevention. Our approach is skillful and gentle with an emphasis on the entire body releasing stored tension that can interfere with our inborn ability to thrive and be well.
Pregnant women have safer and more comfortable births as a result of having their pelvis properly aligned with the Webster Technique, which addresses the physical structures affected during pregnancy such as pelvic bones, low back and hip muscles, nerves and supportive ligaments of the uterus.
Additional techniques include cranial work, Activator, Drop Table, SOT, Diversified, Extremity adjusting and BGI adjusting concepts.

Dr. Audrey Jade Bertsch- SPANISH SpeakingWaltz Family Chiropractic was established in 2012 after Dr. Kara Waltz, D.C. practiced for 4 years on Piedmont Avenue at Alive Chiropractic. Dr. Audrey Jade Bertsch joined the practice in 2020 after relocating her family from Ukiah where she owned and operated a busy family practice. Together Drs. Kara and Audrey bring over 20 years of experience in chiropractic, massage therapy, athletics and perinatal expertise. Dr. Audrey speaks Spanish and Portuguese. We have a long-time massage therapist who works with us Nicole Phillips, CMT.
