Hi! My name is Dr. Andrea. I am a Functional Mobility Specialist and a Non-Traditional Doctor of Chiropractic + Human Movement. My passion is to help you better understand your body and its movement patterns in order to get you living your ideal lifestyle! I find the more you know as a patient, the more effectively we can work together to overcome aches, pain, dysfunction or whatever else that may be holding you back. Everyday I am so grateful for the opportunity teach patients about their body, movement, and wellness.
Before creating Forma Health and Performance, I worked at Veteran's Hospital Martinez's Center for Integrated Brain Health & Wellness. I also worked at a renowned Sports Rehabilitation Chiropractic Clinic in the Silicon Valley. Additionally, I have experience as a group and personal trainer - significantly lowering injury rates among athletes of all levels and empowering them to reach their health and fitness goals!In February 2019, Forma Health and Performance opened its doors in San Luis Obispo. We outgrew that location and are now in our second office!
