On July 7 this is my first appointment with them. My appointment was 2 o’clock and I got here at 1:21 PM. The guy on the front after his scan my ID and my insurance card. He gave me the paperwork to fill it out and tell me here you have to finish them quick cause your appointment at 2 o’clock you’re supposed to be here 115 otherwise we’re not gonna see you today If this is the way you’re gonna treat your patient on the front you imagine how you gonna treat them on the back so you just need the money from the patient that’s it. You don’t care about the patience. I wish the state of Arizona investigation your business and read all this review and see how is your Customer Service treat the patient my appointment was with Melissa Espinoza

Dr Mariela was extremely rude to me at my last visit and wasn’t considerate at all when I explained my family situation to her. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. She even said I was perfectly fine after seeing my mri but she can’t know how my pain is day by day. She was rude. Don’t go to her

I was at first very pleased with AZ Pain doctors, but n9t any longer. After the last trearment their service became non existant. Do to traffic we were 5 minutes late we checked , paid, and filled out the forms. Aftercbeing there 15 - 20 minutes when we were told we needed to reschedule because they could not fit us in. There was on3 other person in the waiting area and no on3 coming or leaving. We did not get back the co pay, Now I hav3 an appointment scheduled on my calendar for tomorrow, have not received any email, call, or voice mail verifying the cc appointment. I have called and left messages and also sat on hold but can not get through to make an inquiry regarding the appointment. Absolutely the worst treatment of a parient.

Hate this place. Staff always has an attitude like you’re bothering them I don’t think they give a crap that they’re dealing with people in chronic pain. They lack compassion and patience. They will remind you if you’re a few minutes late for check in getting an appointment is ALWAYS two weeks out. I spoke with them two weeks ago about something to be given for inflammation the MA said she would call me back never got a call back unprofessional to say the least. As a patient you will only get to meet with a nurse practitioner not a PA. They do not give you a proper examination they never once put hands on you palpatate the area and then bill your insurance $700+ for what?? This place is a huge red flag and should be avoided at all costs. I will be switching pain management asap.

I have never delt with doctors who actually don't give a crap about your health. This is going to be the second time I have been rescheduled because supposedly she has another family emergency, then when they call u they act like you are suppose to be happy. I have been in pain to where it's effecting my ability to walk. My doctor referred them and honestly the worst place I have ever felt with. They are constantly rescheduling and then kicker is they don't have a back up doctor to help u. I will definitely be switching doctors.
