Hi, I'm Alvin. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board certified orthopedic clinical specialist and performance coach. With my medical background and athletic experience as a former collegiate basketball player, I seamlessly blend the worlds of clinical movement-based sports medicine with strength and conditioning.Having overcome a knee injury myself, I understand firsthand the importance of returning to sport and competition both mentally and physically stronger than before.I also understand the value and importance of continuing education by seeking out various seminars taught by the best in the industry. Like you, I strive for peak performance. It is a priority of mine to remain updated with the most current, evidence-based research and functional training techniques. This approach allows me to deliver thoughtfully designed programs to every single one of my clients, tailoring to their specific needs.
