关于

Jill has a decade of experience facilitating and witnessing amazing transformation and relief from her Chicago, IL practice. She's now a Charlottean and would love to be a part of yours as well. Feeling limited or inhibited? Posture, pain, or inflexibility only getting worse? Our bodies inevitably change; it's up to us to decide if that's to be in the direction of improvement or deterioration. Through both hands-on work and education, Jill and Rolfing Structural Integration can help get you feeling not only back to your old self but often better than you can remember ever feeling. Don't delay, a freer life is definitely worth it.A decade in Chicago and looking forward to another in Charlotte.
