This is my favorite chiropractic practice. Dr. Shepherd is very good. Many chiropractors do a one size fits all adjustment, but he listens to my issues and adjusts accordingly in ways that have real impact. I can feel the difference it makes. He has a great memory for what we discuss, considering how many patients he sees. I appreciate that for both the personal touch and his keeping good track of my physical experience in and out of the office. Brenna at the front desk is the best. She is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met in customer service. I struggle with punctuality/scheduling, but she is very patient and kind. Stephanie and everyone else I’ve encountered there is great too. Lovely place all around!

I've been patronizing RCC for a few years and the atmosphere, attentiveness, and quality of service has never waned. Even when I haven't been for some time, the consultations and walk-through of proposed adjustment schedules have been thorough and accommodating. The additional massage therapy options are a bonus that can't be overlooked. The admin services and diligent communication from staff have been above and beyond any other Chiropractic offices attended. I highly recommend Dr. Andrew and his thoughtful team to anyone and everyone in the greater RVA area.

I wish I could give this place a million stars! First of all, the receptionists were lovely, warm and SOOO accommodating! I cannot remember their names off the top of my head bcs I am terrible with names. My bad. BUT she called me and told me EVERYTHING I needed to know. So helpful and kind. I got in the very next day and so I came in and they were as sweet as could be. Offered me anything I needed and set me up. Dr. Shepherd listened very attentively and sorted me out almost instantly. I have never had such a great experience with a chiropractor in my life and I have been going to them since I was a small child. He aligned parts of me that have never even been addressed in the past. I had problems even writing the pain/tingles in my arm/hand/neck which is so essential as a student using my hands. I can’t wait to go back!! The relief that came with the alignment has got me feeling better than I have in years. If you want relief, GO TO DR. SHEPHARD!!! HE IS THE BOMB DIGGITY!!!

What can I say about my guy Dr. Shepherd and the crew of RCC? In short, THEY ARE FREAKIN AWESOME. I’ve had consistent, long-term, lower back pain for at least 8-10 years. I’ve done dry needling, PT, yoga, chiropractic at another provider in Northern Virginia, basically everything short of surgery. Dr. Shepherd is hands down the best practitioner I’ve ever had. Down to earth, matter of fact, and tailors his approach to what your specific needs are. I went from being unable to put on my own damn socks to working out again. If you’ve been thinking about a chiropractor, stop thinking and go see RCC! Brenna is the bomb upfront and they will take care of you.

River City Chiropractic was great‼️💪🏾. This is my second visit and I feel relieved and relaxed 😎. My spine has a little curvature so; it can get out of line. After treatment I feel very loose (able to move better) than in previous days. I really recommend RCC, I feel the difference in my spine with great 😊 hopes I look forward to RCC helping a little more each week getting better ❤️‍🩹 and being able to move around more regularly with less pain‼️Thanks👏🏾
