Dr. Kris - as she is known to most of her patients and clients - has been a health and wellness advocate for over a decade. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, acupuncturist, MuTu Certified Pro, fitness instructor, and doula she strives to educate and empower individuals with the tools they need to make better lifestyle decisions and ultimately lead happier, healthier, longer lives.
