Sarah began her training in Salem, MA at Palmer School of Massage & Bodywork, where she learned the amazing power of Reflexology. Because Palmer School closed unexpectedly, she completed her Reflexology training through a mentorship with a local reflexologist and reflexology educator, and is a National Board Certified Reflexology Therapist (NBCRT).

Sarah completed her Massage Therapy education at Cortiva Institute in Watertown, MA, which is known for its comprehensive, challenging curriculum, and is a Massachusetts Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). She has familiarity with a wide variety of modalities including Swedish, Sports, Myofascial, Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Release/Trigger Point Release, Prenatal and Shiatsu.

Sarah is also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor and teaches parents the art of infant massage in both small group and private settings.

Through her practice, Sarah supports her clients in creating a healthy, balanced life for themselves and those around them.
