Kaja was so nice and friendly, she makes you feel noticed and she is very knowledgeable on the different services you all offer.

I am appalled by the utterly unacceptable level of customer service provided by this company. When I signed up I knew about “Active plan and wellness plan require a 3-month minimum auto-debit”. Which the doctor never told me about. It was in the contract which is fine. But, the doctor never mentioned it to me. Nor, that it would be a constant monthly charger after the 3 months. It would have been nice to hear that from the doctor trying to selling me the plan. So I decided to call and get information about this issue and see if they can work with me. Kaja who answered my call was openly disrespectful, refused to investigate or offer any meaningful resolution, and displayed a complete disregard for basic customer service standards. She repeatedly asserted—without any basis—that she possessed “more power” and greater authority than the actual manager, which is both absurd and deeply concerning. Most egregiously, after stonewalling me and refusing to assist, she deliberately terminated the call while I was still speaking—an action that is indefensible and constitutes gross misconduct. I will be escalating this matter through every available channel, including formal complaints, regulatory bodies , and public disclosure of these practices. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to take their business elsewhere until they demonstrate a serious commitment to treating customers with basic respect and fairness. This experience has been nothing short of disgraceful.

My wife goes to them and they do an awesome job. She is always very happy when she leaves. I run Airbnb rentals and have referred them to people that are out-of-state because they take walk ins. And people that come to Florida in the winter tend to need people like a chiropractor. Several of them over time have thanked me for referring them. I would highly recommend you try visiting them. Wow Dr Luke is a magician! I get adjusted regularly back home. I was in PC and needed some relief. Tried to call a few places but no one accepted walk ins. Found Your chiro and they did take walk ins. Dr Luke found all of my discomfort spots and did an amazing job. I'm usually difficult to adjust and sometimes my mid back doesn't want to move for anyone. He worked on the spot and got it!

I’ve heard great things about this place through friends and family. So I had time this week to check it out. All I can say is that they weren’t wrong. Great location and even greater staff. The lady up front Kaja, I believe her name was. Made sure that my appointment went smoothly and that I was well taken care of. The environment was clean and the staff were very professional. The best decision of my life. I will definitely book another appointment soon. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know from now on. My shoulder hasn’t felt this good in years. 5 out of 5 stars easy.
