I joined this gym in January 2025 and have been going consistently three days/week. I can’t speak highly enough about the quality and expertise offered here.
I am 47 y/o female- relatively healthy and somewhat athletic. The 7-week program has been effective as far as gaining strength and not having any injuries (unlike my experience in previous boutique fitness gyms).
I truly look forward to each workout. While difficult , I feel successful and motivated

Love this place. I’ve been here over a year now and it’s uncommon for me to stay at a gym this long. I attribute the longevity of my commitment to several factors. 1.) the workouts change from week to week. My body is always growing and changing in a different way. 2.) I’m always being challenged. Everyone is at different levels and there’s no judgement, only growth. 3.) the community. The people at this gym have made me feel like family. They accept me with all of my eccentricities, and for that alone I feel like I can work in silence or with friends.
Great place, definitely come and check it out.

An amazing gym with a great staff. Jai is thorough and detailed in his training. He takes extra care of those with injuries and adjusts the workout if needed. Worktime has helped me achieve my athletic goals that use to not be possible.

Jai Jackson is not only a great coach but an amazing friend! Jai is a solid ,wonderful, kid Human being and I honestly think he was put in my life for a reason! Jai’s training is very high quality and is specifically tailored for the athlete he is training and while training with him the athlete will see amazing results within a short amount of time! Jai also is a fantastic Striking coach who will produce quality fighters! Jai is very professional, but will also stand for what is right when needed. Jai has personally been like a mentor to me and honestly has been a true friend to me the whole time he has been there! Over all Jai is one of the best coaches ever and I would highly recommend him!
