I have been in the medical field for over 9 years and managing for over 8 years. Patient satifaction is my number one goal, as without patients, we would not have a business. Our company was established by two caring physicians, a husband and wife pair taht decided to help people in the community by offerring an establishment in between a regular doctors office with low co-pays, appointments only and an urgent care that has no appoinments, but has high co-pays and ridiculous wait times. They decided to create a walk in clinic where the physicians were basically primary care physicians and the patients could be seen and out of the office in less than an hour. We strive for customer satisfaction and have very competitive pricing. Between the owners and I, we leave no complaint unanswered.We are a walk in clinic that have a physician on staff during operation hours. We have a co-pay charge of a PCP instead of Urgent Care so that the co-pay is lower, but you can still walk in without an appointment and ninety percent of the time get in and out within an hour. Our clinics come in handy when your primary physician is closed or is too busy to see you. Our staff are trained to cater to the patients needs and be as kind to people as possbile. Customer service is a main concern here at Walk-In Medical Care and we will correct any situation where the patient is unhappy. We hold all of our practices and staff to the same standards and any issues that are brought to the managements attention are immediately resolved.
