This is the chiropractor you want to invest your time with! I have been seeing dr kris regularly for 14 years, and I dont want to imagine what my life would be like if I hadn't chosen to do so. She gives me so much time, kind attention, and skilled care. She is well educated in the latest research of women in perimenopause, and I am so thankful to have her helping me along at this stage of my life. Vitality is a healing space, thank you!

Where do I even begin!!! Dr. Kris and all the staff at Vitality are amazing people. I was living most of my life with severe neck and shoulder issues, tried many other chiropractors and nothing helped. When I started going to Dr.Kris she was so caring and thoughtful, she got me a on a treatment plan and changed my life. All my pain is gone and that is all thanks to Dr.Kris and her team. Look no further, she truly cares about her patients and there entire well being. Dr.Kris is amazing and her assistant Pam is the sweetest ever, she is always on top of it with scheduling and getting me in.

Dr. Kris had been the best thing for my health. I have been seeing her for the last 10+ and she has been amazing. Originally began seeing her for sciatica pain that no western medicine could solve without pain killers and muscle relaxers. Her approach is very gentle and she really listens to what you need. She has also been instrumental in keeping me healthy in other ways, reduced the number of symptoms I have had with colds and flu. I look forward to seeing her and Pam every time, they not only help keep my body healthy but also my heart. There are not enough words to describe how much I appreciate Dr. Kris and Pam. You will not be disappointed in going to Vitality Chiropractic.

Dr. Kris at Vitality Chiropractic is an amazing healer. She quickly tunes into what a patient needs. She uses a variety of techniques — including a gentle approach to physical manipulation. If you’ve had difficult experiences with other chiropractors making your situation worse, Dr. Kris is the doctor for you! I speak from experience. Her knowledge of whole body mechanics means you’ll receive the best, comprehensive care possible. I was referred to her by friends & I recommend her as the best!
