I am a Doctor of Chiropractic with a passion for helping people improve their health. I studied kinesiology and biological science during my undergraduate training and graduated from Life Chiropractic College West with my doctorate degree. Before becoming a chiropractor, I worked as a personal trainer, rehabilitation assistant, and sports performance coach for athletes up to the professional level. My expertise is in biomechanics, sports performance, and treating disorders of the musculoskeletal system.As a college athlete I experienced numerous injuries, some that left me essentially unable to move my right arm for nearly 2 years. I had surgical repairs, months of physical therapy, and countless days of pain. It wasn't until I saw a chiropractor that I truly began to improve. After just 2 months of intermittent treatment, I had regained full use and strength of my shoulder again. I wanted to do the same for those around me. I opened this clinic because I saw a need for compassionate, wholistic healthcare in the heart of San Jose.
