Disha grew up in India, where she received her Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and post-graduate degree in Rehabilitation. After working in India for few years, she moved to US and eventually planted her roots in Bay Area. She has over 8 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in Outpatient clinical setting. In addition to her extensive work experience, she has also completed year long Manual Therapy course at Kaiser and has Maitland MT-1 certification. She also has a Herman and Wallace Pregnancy Rehabilitation certification. Disha is a certified Yoga instructor and combines Yoga with Physical Therapy to treat her patients.Our high trained team has over 15+ years of patient focused care. Velocity Physical Therapy started with intention of providing personalized one on one and quality treatments to our patients. We focus on hands on treatment and tailor made exercise program rather than just giving electrical modalities to patients. Our therapists are present during the whole session with our patients.
