My name is Dr. Michael Varnay. I am a board certified chiropractor specializing in conservative management of chronic pain. I use a multimodal diagnostic and treatment model to determine the 'cans and can not's' of conservative care. I combine, when clinically indicated, manipulation, mobilization, muscle release, lifestyle modification and rehabilitation to achieve the best results with the smallest risk. The goal of conservative treatment is to correct or provide accommodation for the physical limitations of the patient and allow them to remain active for as long as possible.Chiropractic is a safe and effective practice that focuses on the musculoskeletal system. Doctors of chiropractic typically treat complaints such as headaches, neck-pain, back-pain, and sciatica. Care might consist of patient education, rehabilitative exercises, modification of daily activities and joint manipulation. Chiropractors or chiropractic physicians utilize a hands-on approach which consists of patient examination, proper diagnosis and treatment. The goal is always to decrease dependency on the doctor so individuals can provide sustainable solutions to their healthcare issues.

Dr. Mike Varnay is a good friendly doctor who wants to help you and get to know you. I have been going to see him for the couple of years and it has helped me immensely. Whether I go because my back hurts or I go because I need to be adjusted he knows what to do and gives you ways so that you can make your back feel better. I started going and was told to come back every two weeks and soon I phased out of that to four weeks, I am now up to six weeks between appointments. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I work as an EMT and have a very physically demanding job. Dr Varnay helps me with new and safer ways to lift and gives me exercises to help me strengthen my back.

I went to see Dr Mike after a back injury that had progressively worsened after a long season of roller derby. I was in such pain, I was literally laying down throughout the entire day. Traditional chiropractic relieved a significant amount of pain, but I was still unable to go back to skating after several months. Dr Mike understands the drive for people to continue to do what they love and looked for additional treatments. He became trained in dry needling. I knew this was a game changer after just one treatment. Today I am back to an extremely active lifestyle of skating, kickboxing and running. Dr Mike's patience and passion for a healthy life are the reasons I am back to 100%. He was even able to help my son during this orthodontics treatment. My son continued to have fluid build up in his ears, causing infections. Dr Mike not only figured out from where the problem was stemming, but was able to help keep his ears clear with chiropractic adjustments.

Dr Mike is AMAZING! I hurt my back really badly at work and was referred to physical therapy. While that helped a little bit it wasn't until I was referred to Dr Mike that my back really improved! Dr Mike really listens to his patients and doesn't just do adjustments. He used dry needling and shock wave therapy (which is awesome!!) and the combination of those two gave me more relief than I'd had in 8 weeks of PT. I had become a bit skeptical of chiropractors because a few of the ones I had been to just wanted to sell me packages, rushed me in and out, and seemed to give generic adjustments. Dr Mike is nothing like that. He asks a ton of questions and really only recommends a further visit if you need it. The staff at V Chiropractic are super friendly too and the whole experience has been nothing but wonderful!! I highly recommend!!! Thank you so much Dr Mike!

Absolutely shocked! Dry needling has made so much progress in the first session after a major car accident. Not only is Dr. V very personable and caring, he has a wife who is familiar with surgeries. I was floored when he knew enough about my surgeries of which I have undergone that I have never heard prior to my accident. He knew how to be careful and best of all he cares for his patient’s health and not as much about the money. I have had horrible experiences with chiropractors in the past with being adjusted and it helping that one day but I would ache and I would be in so much pain, I would constantly have to go back for a couple years. Dr. V made adjustments and needling that helped me continue with work and not be in as much pain. I highly recommended. I was on the fence but took a chance and couldn’t be happier. Thanks!

Dr. V is amazing! I've struggled with back and shoulder pain for years and he's been the first doctor to isolate the issue s and provide relief. Dry needling and adjustments are comfortable to relax my stress-filled body when I need some help. He's very kind and always cheerful. You just can't help feeling more happy when you leave his office. Highly recommend V Chiropractic!!!!! Easy parking and location.
