The U.S. Athletic Training Center was established in 1994 when owners Mary Leonard and Gary Guerriero had a unique vision of how to rehabilitate sports injuries in a way that got patients not only better -- but better than ever! The center was one of the first of its kind in the New York metropolitan area.

The U.S. Athletic Training Center is a sports physical therapy and athletic training facility located at 515 Madison Avenue at 53rd Street.While we specialize in sports orthopedic injuries, we treat a wide variety of patients ranging in age from 4 to 84.The center has become home to scores of professional and world class athletes, executives, and actors who love the training room atmosphere. The center is 8,500 square feet and houses a complete gym as well as a motion lab. Every trainer who works on the floor has an academic degree in kinesiology, human physiology, or exercise science, and all are available for private training.
