My family and I have seen Dr Adair on several occasions and have been happy with the results. Unfortunately we will no longer be seeing him and his staff because of their ridiculous paper work policy. I am an established patient not a new patient which they were well aware of. According to their policy, new patient forms must be filled out and turned in 24 hours prior to an appointment. I had scheduled my appointment a week prior over the phone and had confirmed that I was not new, my insurance was exactly the same which she had looked up as we were on the phone. I've been to a multitude of Dr's and clinics over the years and have literally filled out paperwork 15 minutes prior to my appt as I'm waiting in the lounge. They already had all my information from previous visits, she could could have confirmed insurance days prior or literally hours before I walked in. Instead they canceled my appointment 3 hours before I was to go in and had given the slot to another patient. We have a family of 5 and we will no longer be clients. Adjust your ridiculous policy.

The nicest people working up front. The chiropractor is always so nice and walks you through questions you have! Really helps and fixes soreness/pain that you’re dealing with.

Thank God for putting this office in my path!!! I am a 40yr old with chronic back and nerve problems...I've been in constant, reoccurring pain for many years but have been TERRIFIED of chiropractic care from seeing others be adjusted and then my own fear issues....I was recommended to this office by friends so out of desperation, made an appointment. Everyone was so kind and ready to help. Doctor listened to me, my fears, and my history and made me feel very comfortable every step of the way!! After my very smooth adjustment I am able to walk NORMALLY! Instead of my normal penguin walk lol....I can shake it!😆 I am so happy that I went and have relief! It has been a very long time since I've felt this good! They also have a MASSAGE therapist that I can't wait to try out on my next visit! So many thank you's to this office!❤️

I’m a new patient l, I was a referral. When I entered this office the first time it was calm and full attention was given to my concerns. Upon my 2nd return I was in significant less pain and was able to take in how this office made my appointment more like a space experience. It’s the atmosphere, the staff, the smell, the sounds. Dr Adair is the best. He has a genuine heart for his patient's. I’ve been seeing him for quite a while for my many back issues and he always is gentle and patient with me. I would highly recommend.
