He's passionate about helping people feel better and get back in shape one small step at a time.Total Balance Physical Therapy and Fitness was founded in 2017 combining rehab and performance. Total Balance has been a gym on the north side of Fargo for close to two decades.

We're passionate about connecting you with others for group fitness classes (they're fun and effective!) or simply helping you one-on-one with your own personal goals and a path to prevent future injuries. With a free first-time consultation, over 40 classes a week, a recent gym expansion, and competitive pricing, we're ready to uplift and encourage you on your health, fitness, and recovery journey.
