I am Dr. Tim Augustyniak. I am the owner and founder of Flourish Functional Wellness Center. I specialize in functional medicine and applied kinesiology. I am happy to answer any of your questions and am honored to be a part of your health journey.I recently moved to the Bentonville area and opened up shop a little bit southeast of the intersection of 14th and S Walton. I practiced previously in Elk River, Minnesota and Chesterfield, Missouri previously. In my most recent endeavor in Elk River, I worked with my exceptionally knowledgeable and personable mentor, Dr. Todd Anderson. I gained an unfathomable amount of experience and clinical insight with him and it was an amazing experience. At the end of August 2023, my wife and I decided that our time in the north was complete and we moved on to the beautiful state of Arkansas. Here, I hope to be a beacon of hope for those who are struggling with conditions that no other practitioner has been able to help. I strive to be a contributing member of the Bentonville community that my neighbors can trust with their most difficult health concerns. I'm happy to see that the community is flourishing, and I hope to help its citizens' health also flourish.

I really don’t know where to start this review bc I feel anything I say would be an understatement! Dr Tim helped me completely turn my life around by addressing every problem in my body. At 40 years old I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. I came to him with Lyme disease no Dr would address, that caused so much pain and inflammation in my body. Within months under his care all symptoms are gone along with a whole list of weird quirks and ailments that I didn’t know were underlying problems. If you are serious about your health look no further!! Seeing Dr Tim will show you what healing truly is. You will not find this kind of success seeing anyone else. I firmly believe that. If only we had more people doing this kind of work we could heal the world.

If you are reading this and wondering if you should book your appointment today? My best advice, book it now. I came to Dr. Tim with some very intense pain and symptoms I had been dealing with for a couple years after having a baby. I’m not even sure it was 6 months later and I was healed. If you are looking for true healing, someone who will listen, care, and focus on solutions. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tim. Truly one of a kind!

I started seeing Dr. Tim for a variety of issues, ranging from postpartum hormones, overwhelming fatigue, inability to lose weight, to constant migraines. I’m beyond relieved to say that Dr. Tim has solved every single issue. I didn’t even know that I could feel this good and energetic anymore. My biggest success from working with Tim is that after 14 years, I am able to run without severe head pain and migraines. I’ve seen countless doctors and had given up on ever being able to run again, but after a few visits, Dr. Tim had this problem resolved.
