The Workshop is a nearly 3,000 square foot water-facing fitness boutique with a dedicated Pilates apparatus studio, fully equipped Crossfit gym, Group Fitness area and therapeutic massage and advanced skincare clinic. Located around the corner from Spud Fish N Chips, our dedicated parking lot near the Kingston Ferry and Amtrak station make us one of the easiest locations to visit in Edmonds and our amazing waterview, educated and knowledgeable staff and top of the line equipment will keep you coming back. Built from the bones of two popular local businesses, Pilates In The Village and True Form Day Spa, The Workshop is the world's first successful merger of a Classical Pilates training and apprenticeship program and Crossfit gym. We have a long standing history of client improvement and happiness and are very excited to bring it to the waterfront in Edmonds and to the Greater Seattle area as a whole!
