I went to Vital Posture because of tinnitus potentially caused by a neck injury. The first visit was a consultation costing $150, measurements, no treatment. The second visit consisted of an X-ray, then an “adjustment” that consisted of the Practitioner placing two fingers with the slightest amount of pressure on one side of my neck and the same thing on the other side, for maybe 10 seconds each side. Then another X-ray and showed some computer generated BS to show the difference. That cost $600. There was another follow up “adjustment” that was the exact same thing. About 10 seconds of pushing on the side of my neck and a cost of $88. A total of $838 dollars for no more then 30 seconds of hands on “treatment” that did absolutely nothing, didn’t even make sense. I felt completely ripped off and went to a different chiropractor and that was a complete different experience, lots of actual work done on my neck, including acupuncture, massage, additional therapy plans to see what could help if the first visit proved unsuccessful. My advice…Don’t go to The vital Posture Clinic.

Passionate, caring and knowledgeable staff and Doctors that I've trusted for years. After years of Physiotherapy for right neck tightness and weekly "ram horn" pattern headaches, I finally found a practitioner that understands that my left head imbalance is the cause of my symptoms (and not "weak" right musculature)! Instant relief, my skepticism evaporated! Highly recommend.

I was suffering from high blood pressure, lower back pain, shoulder pain, and my balance was off, feel dizzy all the time. I was sleep deprive due to aches and pains, and I refuse to take pain killer as it just a temporary relief. After just one visit I slept well, the aches and pains almost reduced to zero, I can bend and touched the floor which I can't before the first visit. I highly recommend this type of chiropractic practice as it doesn't involve cracking and twisting that might result to injuries. The staffs are awesome.

As soon as I arrived the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Scholten was very thorough and answered all my questions. He is very passionate about what he does and genuinely wants to help you get better. I started feeling better after my first adjustment which I didn't think would happen as I have been in pain for so long. I travelled from Winnipeg to seek treatment from Vital Posture after a recommendation from Dr. Westersund and I'm glad I did.

Welcoming and professional environment. I really appreciated how they explained every step of their process, especially the videos and visuals they provided to show correct vs maladjusted posture. Adjustments are easy and never painful, and they're always willing to answer questions and have worked well with other doctors when referring me to a dentist when diagnosing that something was wrong with my jaw. Recognizing where another expert is needed is a sure sign of professionalism and care, as it means they're prioritizing my health over being the sole health provider. I also have a much better posture now and overall have been very pleased with my experience here.
