I grew up fear based. I was an anxious kid into my late teens, and although I've always strived to live the fullest life, I couldn't get over all the things that COULD happen. I started to travel & read differently so I could better understand the aspects of our lives that determined our health. Was it all really just physical symptoms? Or was there an adjacent mover of pain? The more I progressed, the more consumed by the practices I became. I finally took study at Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2012 and have since, been able to learn, grow, and watch people progress their way out of pain everyday. I balance out Western and Eastern modalities, I find it keeps the energy centered as well as provide some of the biggest breakthroughs. My strengths are our knowledge of anatomy, my passion for bodywork and massage, and supporting those who do everything they can to live their best selves, always. I specialize in Sports Massage, Injury Recovery, and Craniosacral Therapy.Realistically, this business got started back in 2014, way back in Utah when I was a new graduate from Utah College of Massage Therapy. I strived to show a different side to massage therapy. I looked at it as a cause/effect situation. After being educated on how the body moves and responds to patterns, diets, energy, and feeling, I needed to dive into more studying. I got my Master Bodyworker certification and started my career in major league soccer. Since then I have worked with two MLS teams and moved my practice to Connecticut where I now sit in downtown Stamford still working with athletes of all kinds, in all different types of sports. I also specialize in cranial sacral and prenatal therapy on top of sports maintenance and injury rehabilitation..
