Jaime Cruz, certified by the Bowenwork Academy in 2012, owns and operates The Body Clinic. Like so many of her clients and colleagues, she has sciatica to thank for her discovery of Bowenwork. After years of trying to ignore nagging lower-back pain that continued all the way down her leg, a trusted friend and Bowenwork practitioner suggested she give it a try. After only one session the pain was gone. When, several years later, she was experiencing a new pain in her elbow, she remembered the treatment and its amazing results; it was then she realized that Bowen could be more to her than a tool to help her body be its best.
