Dr. Van Merkle started his practice over 40 years ago. Since his start, he has expanded his practice to include multiple associates. At this time, we have Dr. Andrew Dyer & Dr. Natalie Yahle, both of whom have been with Take 2 Healthcare over 10 years! Our providers are live on WHIO 95.7 FM every Saturday from 11a-12p. Feel free to call in to the radio show during our segment to “Ask the Experts” any health question you may have! The number is 937-457-1290. We’re a smaller clinic, always looking to expand our research and clientele. We love seeing our in-office patients, but can see people all over the country!
