Dr. Seth Alley, DC, CCSP graduated Magna Cum Laude and Valedictorian from Western States in 2006, receiving the prestigious Clinical Excellence Award for outstanding patient care in the school's clinic setting. He has performed internships in Portland, Oregon; Beverly Hills, California; Austin, Texas; and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Preferring the relaxed and natural setting of Portland, he returned to the city in 2007 to establish his private practice at Sylvan Chiropractic Clinic. In his free time, he enjoys running in the city's parks, swimming, and hiking in the numerous state and national forests that surround the city. He also enjoys volunteering as a treating physician for Oregon Ballet Theater, The Portland Ballet, and the Northwest Dance Project.Our mission at Sylvan Chiropractic Clinic is to treat each patient as a unique individual. Just as no two bodies are identical, no two patients present with similar symptoms of the same condition. We create treatment plans and goals that serve each patient's needs. We pride ourselves on conducting in-depth interviews and examinations to address all the concerns and aspects of a patient's condition, treatment options, treatment goals, and prognosis. We utilize a select referral network of other practitioners in both alternative and mainstream medicine to make sure that that patient receives complete and integrated care. In addition to treating acute and chronic conditions, our clinic provides wellness and maintenance care and rehabilitative therapies. Through this specialized combination of treatments, we work towards one goal for each patient: to maximize the body's potential for performance and longevity.
