I have been living in San Diego since 1993. In 1997 graduated from UCSD with a degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology with a minor in Psychology. I moved back to LA in 2000 to attend chiropractic school and returned in 2003 and started my practice at the Acacia Health Center in Solana Beach. In 2007 I co-founded the North County Integrative Health Center in Encinitas. In June of 2011 I joined forces with both Paradigm Wellness and Indigo Dragon Center for Health and Wellbeing. I have now aligned myself with the best acupuncturists, bodyworkers, chiropractors, nutritionists, and trainers to best fit the needs of my clients. My philosophy is highly integrative and utilizes multiple natural healing methods to help my clients' move towards their health and wellness goals.
