Kate is a passionate, patient-centered therapist who received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University and her Bachelor’s in Health and Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Wake Forest University. Her professional interests include outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, prenatal & post-natal care, core strengthening, and spinal health. She creates individualized therapy plans using a combination of manual techniques and personalized therapeutic exercise programs. Kate is driven by the desire to help patients reach their full potential and return to the activities most important to them. She was first inspired to pursue health after witnessing the positive impact therapy had on her two younger brothers, but it wasn’t until her undergraduate that she discovered a love of outpatient orthopedics.
