Dr. Joel Judd, PT, DPT, OCS founded Colleyville Physical Therapy in 2000 with a passion for providing indicualized therapy programs in a customer service oriented environment that keeps the focus on his customers. Joel is a licenesed Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. He specializes in treating spine ans sports injuties with an special inerest in neck pain, headaches, TMJ, and vestibular rehav (dizziness/vertigo). He expanded to Southlake in 2011, opening Southlake Sports and Spine Rehab, so that he could provide services to pateints liiving/working in Southlake and the surrounding areas.Southlake Sports and Spine Rehab is a sister clinic to Colleyville Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab, both owned by Dr. Joel D. Judd, PT, DPT, OCS, who is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
