About
I am a licensed massage and neuromuscular therapist, trauma recovery yoga instructor, and hypnotherapist, with an education in social and behavioral sciences. I have been in practice for over 20 years and have had the honor of assisting a wide range of individuals and their family members. Some of the highlights of my career include: helping countless military veterans and other survivors through their recovery from trauma and addiction, equipping children with Asperger's' with tools needed to lessen their anxiety, and providing hundreds of pregnant women relief from the discomforts of pregnancy, teaching them how prepare for labor, and assisting them through childbirth as a doula and midwife assistant.When requested, I work in collaboration with mental health counselors, nutritionists, chiropractors, midwives, and other health professionals in order to create customized treatment plans geared toward each individual's personal wellness, healing and recovery goals.
