I have spent a lifetime learning how the body moves and have been practicing massage for ten years. My passion is educating you on how to care for your specific muscular imbalances that may influence injury or pain.After practicing myofacial release for six years I brought my talents to the Sac City Wrestling teams as a volunteer in 2013. That year we took home the state championship and in January 2014 I open Sacramento Sports Massage.
