At Rx Bodyworks you may choose to have chiropractic, acupuncture or a combination of both. The first visit is about an hour long, follow ups are approx 30 mins. Each session is hands on, with the doctor the entire time- detailed muscle work known as Active/Passive Release Technique is performed. This is combined with stretching on the Manuthera 242 table, it moves while you relax and feel the best stretch of your life. All adjustments are gentle- if you are someone that is scared of the noise, let the doctor know and there are other techniques that can be used! Look forward to seeing you at Rx Bodyworks!
