I have not felt this good in years! I have been living with worsening back pain for 11 years. I went the usual route... Chiropractors, massage, Dr. visits, x-rays, MRI, pain meds & muscle relaxers . There was talk of surgery, but I want to avoid that. The treatments & RX's helped with the current pain, but would always return.
At Rubino Physical Therapy, Michael reviewed all the prior findings plus actually took quite a bit of time to study my back, and neck see how it was effecting my life. He crafted a plan to strengthen and stretch not only my lower back and neck, but also my core, legs and arms in ways that have make my body work better than it has for a long time. Thank you Michael, you really do have a Wellness Center!
