Dan grew up in Durango, Colorado. He went to New Horizons for preschool, Riverview for Kindergarten, Needham for elementary, Miller Middle school, and Durango High school. Dan received a bachelor's of arts degree in Biological Anthropology with distinction from The Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1993. He graduated with a Masters of Science Degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado in 2001. Dan has always been an athlete and being an injured athlete helped inspire him to go to physical therapy school and ultimately start the PT practices at Rivergate Medical office building and Dalton Ranch Golf Club.Dan Cullum MSPT became owner of Rivergate Physical Therapy in 2006. He currently continues to successfully own and practice at Rivergate.
