A Russellville native, Gabe opened River Valley Therapy & Sports Medicine in September of 2001. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Health Science in 1996 and his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 1998 from the University of Central Arkansas. He attained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009. Gabe has attended many courses such as the McKenzie Method, Paris Techniques in Spinal Rehab, MedX Spinal Rehab and numerous orthopedic classes with emphasis on knee, hand, and shoulder rehabilitation. He has lectured in topics pertaining to physical therapy at the University of Central Arkansas, as well as working with students at numerous area high schools. Gabe is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Arkansas Physical Therapy Association, and RehabNet of Arkansas. He also serves as team physical therapist for the Pottsville High School football team and during basketball tournaments, and provides physical therapists for the Hector Wildcats.River Valley Therapy and Sports Medicine was founded to provide evidence-based physical and occupational therapy for the those living in the River Valley. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to the patients, physicians, and case managers we serve. After opening in 2001, we quickly expanded to our 5000 square foot facility in 2003 and have steadily grown since that time.
