This review is less of a complaint and more of a warning to other parents. I’m a husband and father, and my wife and I brought our newborn in after being encouraged to try chiropractic care. We specifically asked upfront about pricing because we did not want a membership, subscription, or long-term commitment. We wanted a simple “pay per visit when needed” arrangement. We were told there were two options: pay around $920 upfront for the year, or pay $85 monthly. We made it very clear that we only wanted flexibility and asked directly whether paying the monthly amount meant we could attend the initial visits and then stop if needed. We were told yes. Based on that explanation, we attended the recommended visits during the first month. Some appointments were difficult to make with a newborn, but we went because we believed they were already included in the monthly plan we had agreed to. When I later attempted to cancel because our daughter was doing much better and we no longer needed ongoing monthly care, things became confusing very quickly. Instead of a straightforward cancellation, I received vague answers, repeated attempts to keep the account open, and unclear explanations about future billing. After asking multiple times for a clear answer on what we owed and how to fully cancel, we suddenly discovered that the visits we believed were covered under the monthly arrangement were actually being charged individually at roughly $50 per visit. Our balance unexpectedly jumped to around $300. To be clear: this review is not about the amount of money. If pricing had been explained honestly and transparently from day one, we likely still would have used some services. The issue is that the payment structure, visit costs, and cancellation process were not explained clearly, and what we understood we were agreeing to turned out to be very different. Parents bringing in newborns are exhausted, stressed, and trying to do what’s best for their children. Financial expectations should be crystal clear — no confusion, no vague language, no surprises. My advice to anyone considering care here: ask for everything in writing. Ask specifically: * Is the monthly fee a membership, subscription, or financing agreement? * Are visits included or billed separately? * What is the exact cancellation process? * What will I owe if I stop after the first month? I’m leaving this because I don’t want another family finding out about hidden costs or confusing billing only when they try to stop treatment.

My family has seen the amazing doctors at Revitalize for years now! They truly are amazing. They care so deeply for their patients and are constantly doing wonderful things for their community. Their technique is very unique and has worked so well for my kiddos and I. We love the team at Revitalize!

Best family Chiropractic office in the area. The practitioners know my whole family by name! As well, I have referred prenatal moms to the office and they have gotten so much relief from their lower back pain during pregnancy. Highly recommend this office.

This office is 10/10. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. They’re knowledgeable and efficient and don’t hesitate to go above and beyond to make the office a comfortable environment. After bringing my son to our primary doctor I left feeling very unheard, without answers and no assistance for recommendations on next steps to treat the symptoms. I was told if I wanted to pursue his symptoms I can do some invasive testing. At his age I was hesitant to pursue these treatments. I decided to give chiropractic treatment a try and this office was recommended to me by a friend who is a pediatric practitioner. From the beginning they were upfront and direct and gave us a very realistic treatment plan. After only a month of taking my son his symptoms have improved and are nearly gone. They have reassessed him and addressed what our goals are moving forward. My son actually looks forward to going and considers his adjustments a fun (and pain free) time. Thank you Dr. Anthony, Dr. Jina, Dr Brooke and all the staff at RC! We are so thankful for you all.

Our family absolutely adores Revitalize + the whole team! They are super gentle with the kids, but is effective every adjustment. Mama got adjustments during pregnancy and slept better after each one. We cannot recommend this place enough!! :)
