Caryn Bregman, MSPT is an orthopedic manual physical therapist who has many years experience working with athletes, performers from many Broadway shows and major dance companies and the general public. Ms. Bregman was a dancer and taught dance and Pilates for many years prior to becoming a physical therapist.Renaissance Physical Therapy Arts + Wellness's has over the last few years provided optimal care to local athletes and performers as well as the general public. In addition Renaissance has served visiting performers from around the world at Peak Performance at Montclair State University and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. The president and founder, Caryn Bregman, MSPT, has served as onsite physical therapist for many Broadway shows including West Side Story, Spamalot, Mary Poppins, Grease, Shrek the Musical, Come Fly Away, the Rockettes and more. She has also worked with students and performers from major dance companies prior to starting Renaissance.
