I was admittedly reluctant to commit to chiropractic treatment at first, but that quickly changed when I started working with Dr. Alyssa. She provided the kind of thoughtful, personalized care that I imagine medical visits felt like in the “old days.” She actually read my intake paperwork, discussed it with me in detail, listened to my concerns, and developed a treatment plan tailored to my needs. Dr. Alyssa used a variety of techniques and interventions, and I feel so much better as a result. The icing on the cake is that she is a genuinely kind person with a fantastic sense of humor. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to work with her and know I’ll definitely be back. I definitely recommend Dr. Mike Lawerenson. I highly appreciated that he listened very attentively to my health issues and evaluated me holistically prior to developing a written course of action to heal my body. I decided to follow his recommended course of action which resulted in fixing the issue with my spine and pinched nerves. It did take several visits over a few weeks, but was well worth the money and time working with Dr. Lawerenson's expertise at Refined Chiropractic. I am now back to functioning normally and feeling much better, which is saying a lot for my old and well used, maybe somewhat physically abused too, body due to sports and other adventurous life events. I am planning on continuing my relationship with Dr. Lawerenson to help me maintain my body as best as I can going into the future.

Dr. Mike has been amazing! I came in with chronic neck pain and after two months of his help and protocol my neck pain is hardly noticeable and continuing to decrease. He is gentle and will be sensitive to your needs. I highly recommend Refined Chiropractic.

After going to multiple chiropractors in the Denver area and not finding the results I was looking for, I received a recommendation to see Dr Alyssa with Refined Chiropractic and Wellness in Parker. Night and day difference. Dr. Alyssa is extremely intelligent and no matter what needs i have, or even if I tell her "my hips feel 'wonky' " she KNOWS JUST WHAT TO DO to make them feel better! She goes above and beyond to not only adjust, but also facilitates cupping, other therapies, or (my favorite) muscle releases that really deal with the heart of the issue that i am having at the moment. I honestly havent felt as good as I have under her care, in years. She is also such a caring and sweet individual on a personal level. She really listens to her patients, and it is abundantly clear that she really cares about each of her patients and their well-being, they are never just a number to her. I drive 45 minutes each way to Refined Chiropractic because she is worth the drive for the relief she provides me. The last male chiropractor i had wasn't able to adjust me very well due to my (larger) size, so i was a little leery going to a female chiropractor. However, I was wrong and she is super strong (but gentle) and can effectively adjust me in a firm but gentle way. I am so greatful i found her. I have seen her gently adjust babies and up. She is simply a wonderful and talented chiropractor to whom I am very grateful.

Dr. Alyssa and Dr. Mike makes everything easy and welcoming, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. They both take the time to really listen, explain what’s going on, and tailor adjustments to exactly what I need. I’ve noticed such a big improvement in my pain, mobility, and overall well-being since starting care here. Every visit leaves me feeling better and more energized.
