I'm Christina, owner of Rebalance Massage Therapy, with a mission to help rebalance people who push their bodies to the extreme. Whether you're an athlete who needs to get back in your game faster, or a mom who wants to pick up your child pain free, Rebalance can help.My love for powerlifting turned into an interest in sports and injury massage. I went back to school to get my license as a massage therapists. Since I work and train at a powerlifting gym, it seemed like the perfect place to set up my business. It has grown into a successful practice all from word of mouth. Wanting to do more, and help prevent and even fix most soft tissue injuries, I became certified in Active Release Technique (ART).

Christina is impressively knowledgeable when it comes to the body. She knew exactly what needed to be done for my pain in my neck and shoulders and it was instant relief. I have spent years in pain in my neck and shoulders and one appointment changed everything for me. I am thankful for her! I highly recommend her!!!

Christina has worked magic on my hips and knees. I was always in pain and my doctor told me it was arthritis and I would just have to deal with it. After years of "dealing with it", I found Christina and she was a game changer. Now I work on my feet all day (8 hrs), 5 days a week, along with bowling and working out and don't have any pain.

Christina is a straight shooter, and her treatments are so helpful. If you have a chronic pain issue that your doctors have no answer for, please go see her. Cannot speak highly enough of ART or the tailored treatment you get with her. Every person has a different issue and therefore different results, but I can say that my experience has been nothing but positive.
