Pablo has worked in many levels of the fitness and wellness industry, from high end athletes to senior citizens. He is the current Director of Programming for the RAMP team and holds a position as D.C. United's Head of Performance. (First Team MLS) After many years of working with a variety of professionals in the different fields of the fitness industry, he has been able to build a vast network of experts including top surgeons, cardiologists, chiropractors, psychologists, nutritionists, physical therapists, acupuncturists and more. These connections have allowed us to send and refer our clientele to trusted colleagues to allow for a truly holistic approach to their wellbeing, care, and plan of wellness. RAMP's Training Includes: Return to Activity is for people recovering from injuries or surgery, Return to Sports helps athletes train after they’ve completed physical therapy, and Senior Physical Wellness focuses on strength and mobility for retired people. Pre and post-natal fitness, helps moms to stay strong and fit during their pregnancies and get back to normal after. Exercise for Survivorship, is a program focused on Cancer patients, both during and after treatment.
