Doctor Carissa Barnes is a graduate from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota. At NWHSU, she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology Degrees. Doctor Carissa uses a variety of chiropractic techniques and really focuses on tailoring her treatment plan to the individual patient. She is also certified in soft tissue techniques (including Graston) and has additional training in using Kinesiotape. Doctor Carissa enjoys seeing a variety of patients from infants to elderly. She was very involved in athletics growing up and enjoys helping manage and prevent sports injuries. Doctor Carissa has had much success working with personal injury (workers compensation and motor vehicle accident) patients. Her goal is to get the patient out of pain and able to continue with their normal daily activities. Doctor Carissa has specialized training in nutrition response testing and utilizes whole food supplements in her nutrition programs.Doctor Carissa Barnes, DC took over the business in June 2012.
