Neuromuscular Massage Therapy for Injury prevention and Rehabilitation. During your session, we will work together to eliminate referred pain, release compressed nerves, mobilize stiff joints, and increase range of motion throughout the body. We will be using modalities such as trigger point therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, myofascial release, and deep tissue therapy to get you comfortable in your body.
