Born in Uppsala, Sweden, Pro Fitness Network owner Carina Weston has been active in sports her entire life. As a young girl, she competed in cross-country skiing, soccer, ice-skating and running. She continues to enjoy hiking, biking and strength training and has added roller blading to her California fitness regime. Shortly after her arrival in the United States, Carina was nearly paralyzed in an accident that broke her neck in five places. The injury was so severe, it could have been fatal. It took two years of grueling physical therapy, rehab and weight training to fully recover, with no lingering pain from the ordeal. Carina's commitment to health and well-being not only helped her overcome this devastating injury, it also deepened her empathy and inspired her to help others achieve their own fitness goals.I started Pro Fitness Network with the purpose of providing clients with the best in fitness. Such as personal training, budget friendly semi-personal training and corrective exercise training. As I continued to grow I realized the need for better overall health so I developed a team of professionals and added therapeutic massage, all to help further your well being. We are now a one stop fitness and wellness facility catering to people looking for ways to improve lives through fitness.
